That’s how much a guy paid for this old bank building, where he still lives with his wife and daughter (that’s right, three people live in this building) — estimates of its value today are between $35 and $70 million. ┬áCheck out the dreamy photos from New York Magazine. Marsha A calculator I found says that $102,000 in 1966 would be about $577,000 in today’s dollars. Storing his work in the vault…Pretty Quirky!
