Why I’ve Gained Ten Pounds This Month.

Mmmmmm....Delicious....If Easter candy and Christmas candy were engaged in a fight-to-the-death cage match, Easter candy would win hands down. Surely you agree.

Shannon Easter candy means business. You’re right…Christmas candy just doesn’t compare! Have you tried the marshmallow bunnies in the purple wrappers? If not, they are usually at Jewel or Walgreens. They have the perfect ratio of marshmallow and chocolate. Trust me…you’ll love them!

Lara Jo YES! Those are Brach’s. I like those but my chocolate marshmallow love is rated like this:
1. Hershey’s Marshmallow Eggs
2. Brach’s Marshmallow Rabbits
3. Russell Stover Marshmallow Eggs

Yeah, I might have a problem. It’s a good thing Easter candy is only available for one month a year.

janie hightower You girls crack me up, you know so much about the candy industry. However, I have to agree…. I never had a Cadbury creme egg until last year, and then I realized why my kids treasured them every Easter. Russell Stover used to make a marshmallow candy bar, in the very old days, and everytime I went to Morrilton Drug Store, if I had the 15 cents, I would break down and buy one. So I guess Easter is my favorite candy time, too.
