Category Archives: Family Arkansas was wonderful. For the first four or five days it was above 50 degrees out! I washed my car! It was delicious. It did get cold during the second half of my visit, but by then I was warmed by the love of my wonderful family (AWWWWWWW!). It was a lovely visit, and my nieces...  Presents are wrapped, bags are packed, car is loaded. I am heading off to the warmer climes of Arkansas. Can I just say that I am deeply, madly, and completely in love with The Container Store Christmas wrap and ribbons? But let me just say, I would NEVER pay full price for it. I can’t...  I was trying to desperately whip some semblance of the Christmas spirit into my apartment yesterday because some friends were coming over to have a holiday photo taken — and I wanted SOMETHING that called to mind the holiday spirit in the photo! — and I ended up threading a bunch of my ornaments onto...  So, the husband and I are back from a lovely 3-day stay at Sundara Inn and Spa in the Wisconsin Dells to celebrate our second wedding anniversary. (To whoever had two years in the betting pool on how long the marriage would last: sorry!) This is our third time staying there and I highly recommend...  I have three beautiful nieces who live in Arkansas. I had the great pleasure of visiting them this past weekend. Because I just saw them, I’ve got them on the brain right now.
