These are dark, sorry. Items one through six came from the Wolff’s Flea Market at Rosemont, where I ventured for the first time on Sunday. I actually got up at 5:30 to get there as close to 6 as possible. I have heard that it’s hit or miss, and I would have to agree. The good points are that I paid very little for everything I got there and I covered the entire thing in about an hour. I absolutely adore the plaid dog, and have it priced for the Bazaar, but I have a confession: I marked it pretty high in the hopes that it won’t sell and I can save it for myself. The platter next to it is huge and so, so pretty — I couldn’t get a good photo of it. The milk glass bowl in the bottom row has a lovely green interior. The pear is a chip and dip bowl and the dog bookends were irresistible to me.
Weekend Finds, Part 2I want: 1.) the “wicker” rabbit; 2.)the swan/ 3.) the white/green bowl; 4.) the pear; 5.) the dog bookends. And the other things, too. I want the blue bowl with the little flower! Did I venture into eBay?? : ) I am such a sucker for pottery. It’s all my mom’s fault… I love the swan vase and the bowl with the green interior. I think I’ll be doing some christmas shopping at the bazaar this weekend. Can’t wait! |
