Bragging on my nieces.

So, the two oldest nieces got the results from their AP tests while I was home in Arkansas — Taylor got a 4 on her English Language, Alex got a 5 on her English Lit and a 4 on her Psychology. Would that my babies grow up to be as intelligent, lovely, and kind as those two. Meanwhile, the youngest continues on her quest to rule the world through sheer will power and cuteness. She got irritated at me this visit because I was teasing her and pretty much just cut her eyes at me every time I entered the room. I can’t help it, she’s so fun to tease because she’s so stubborn. Check out what happens when someone tries to put her shoes back on her at the park: This was seconds before I got involved, but even with the three of us, the shoe battle was lost. She was twisting her body in so many¬†convoluted ways I was afraid I was going to break her ankle. The funniest part about this was that she was hysterically yelling “nope!” and “no way!” instead of just “no, no, no, no!” Here she is in a better mood, BSI (Before the Shoe Incident): What a turkey. I finally got Taylor to pose for some photos for me — usually she’s so busy I can’t pin her down but I told her I wanted to take some practice senior photos with her (she’ll be a junior next year): Look at that cutie pie. Thanks for indulging me!
