Salvageable?

I found this little cocktail cart a couple of weeks ago.

The sides prop up to make it wider, and it’s on little wheels. So cute! The liquor bottles are in great shape, but obviously, there are many things missing. I think the big hole in the middle must be for an ice bucket? But then there are those two tiny circles and I have no idea what would go there.  I could probably find some glasses and an ice bucket to use for it, but that leaves the little holes. I’ve gone to throw it out several times but I always hesitate at the last minute. I can’t decide if I should keep it and replace the parts or not!
